It is thick and velvety thanks to the long aging in wood barrels, with minimum 7 transfers - Acidity 6% - density min. 1.32 - NO CARAMEL COLOURING ADDED.
How to use: raw as a finishing on any sweet or savoury dish. Perfect from appetizers to desserts and it is also a great digestif off a spoon at the end of the meal.
